Maniac Monday or so I thought.

*OK SO I STARTED THIS LAST WEEK* Atleast that's how I feel. I am in such a daze. July has flown by and now here we are on the brink of August. How is this even possible? I remember being told when I was growing up that as you get older the time just seems to move faster. I never really believe that, until now. My baby girl will be 3 in 4 short months, it seems like yesterday that I gave birth to her.

Now it really is August, told you I was in a daze I totally forgot about finishing this post. Things have been really crazy. I put off packing for my trip, because I got sucked in by those books by Stephenie Meyer, you know which ones I am talking about. The Twilight Series. Yes I bought the first book Friday and yea had all 4 of them read by yesterday morning. Did I mention I already read the first book again for a second time. I think I am obsessed now, is it December yet??? Cause I dont think I can wait that long to see the movie, but I guess I will have too.

Heading to Orlando later today when the hubby gets home. Will be gone till next week. Get to see my peeps in New Port Richey. Ok I will update more later, right now I am running behind as usual...

Home Again

I have been home for almost a week now and things have just been crazy. Will they ever slow down? I digress. We got home late late Thursday afternoon, got up early Friday morning and took Emily to gymnastics. My hubby went with us for the first time and wouldn't you know that my sweet angelic daughter acted a fool. Well not really but she wanted nothing to do with listening to the instructor. She had seen Emily doing her donkey kicks, (which is like a handstand, but they are holding onto a bar and kick their legs in the air) and was impressed with her arm strength that she wanted to see if she could do the bridge (which I have always called a back bend) but she was having none of it. Wanted to keep playing on the obstacle course. Silly girl, so this week I have been trying to work with her on it. Next time daddy stays in the observation room LOL..

Saturday we made the drive up to Raleigh to the hello kitty store for Kerroppi's birthday. He turned 20 you know :) Emily got to meet Hello Kitty, while we were there. Don't you know I left my camera at home, but never fail I paid $2 for a Polaroid of her and Hello Kitty. Now all she talks about is having a party with Hello Kitty. Guess we have a birthday party theme 4 months early LOL. We will see if she changes her mind.

Sunday and Monday I spent cleaning and unpacking with a little scrapping in the mix. Here is what I have been working on :

Scrapping like a fool

Well not exactly like a fool, but I have been scrapping. Loving all the challenges Leah has been giving us over at My Scrapbook Nook. I made a new card, a layout, and an ATC (for another challenge). They are keeping me busy.

Right now I am packing for an impromptu trip back to FL. Have to get some paperwork stuff done, but the added bonus is I will see my family. AND I get to go see Kim and Olivia again down in New Port Richey. It has been a long month since I have seen them and I have been going crazy. Miss you guys!!

Here is some pictures from the 4th. I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July. We ended up just hanging out with some friends and swimming. No fireworks, I kind of regret that. Oh well, there's always next year.

Awesome News

I have awesome news all the way around. First I will start with the scrappy news.

I had been thinking about for a few weeks about trying out for My Scrapbook Nooks design team. I went back and forth and finally at the last minute (I am not kidding either, I sent my email in at 11:55p.m.) to try out. Well I got an email yesterday, congratulating me on making the top 25! So I made it to the next round. Cross your fingers, I love their kits and really want to make this DT!! Congrats to the other finalists as well. I am totally blown away by all the other entries. They are amazing! You should go over to their site, their kits are fabulous and addicting!!

Now yesterday was my hubby's birthday and we had a little party for him here at the house. Just the three of us. We had to go on post to take of some paperwork stuff and couldn't not go by the px. So glad we did got this not so little bad boy for $1195. A 50inch tv for that much is way to good of deal to pass up so happy birthday baby.

Ofcourse my sweet hubby made my day, even though it was his birthday. Look at what I got. Such a sweet guy. He had ordered it a few days ago and just happened to be delivered on his birthday. Thanks babe :)
